Your Weaknesses and Strengths
Job interviews are usually held to find the best candidate for a specific vacancy. It would be better if you start with your weaknesses and end up with strengths. You should not be scared of your weaknesses. Be honest and try to introduce your weaknesses, i.e. lack of experience or skills to the employer in a very diplomatic way, highlighting that you are able to learn fast and improve. Listen to the question attentively, if you misheard something, ask the interviewer to repeat the question. Keep your answers brief and concise, avoid general answers. Keep eye contact with the interviewer. With your replies show you are enthusiastic about the job.
Asking Questions
If you ask questions the employer, it will show you are interested in the job and the company. You may ask about current and future projects or the work environment of the company. Try to avoid salary discussions at the first interview.
