  • 80% specialists have higher education.

  • Incomplete higher or higher education and communicative skills
  • Candidate selection methods knowledge
  • Personnel assessment methods knowledge
  • Minimal work experience in recruitment area

Human Resource Manager can become a specialist with:

  • Higher education
  • At least 3 years work experience
  • Personnel assessment methods knowledge
  • Ability to maintain and fulfill  a large number of vacancies at the same time
  • Abilities to work under pressure
  • Psychological and HR Management education (is an advantage).
