Before the interview, the job-seekers are not recommended to: arrive with friends, smoke or eat at the reception, wear sunglasses or hold sports bag. You need to be dressed in classic style. It is accepted to say that the interview starts still in the reception, before the interview itself launches.
The job-seekers should smile, be calm, answer the questions accurately, and be basically aware of the vacancy. During the interview, job-seekers are supposed to expose ability of listening and answering questions, and control his/her mimic and gestures. They must be ready to answer such questions as “How will you contribute to our company?” or “Why do you think we should choose exactly you for this position?”
The employers should take into consideration the professional qualifications of the employee and not personal qualities. During the interview they have to pay attention to the communications skills, education and work experience, self-confidence, optimism, and flexibility of the job-seeker. It is possible the employer will try to check your knowledge and skills either in oral or in written.
