What a person should know before the job interview?

It doesn’t matter  whether  you  are  going  to  have the  classic variant of interview,  telephone  or  may be Skype,  but  you should always  be  informed about  that company/organization beforehand,  because  that information  may be just  the  exact answer  to  the  employer’s  questions or may complete while  representing yourself.

So  what you  should   find  out about the company/organization,  which  will  help you  to  have a perfect interview and   become  the   best  candidate for the job position in 99%.

  • When  was the company/organization established?
  • Was  there an interflow  or name  change of  that organisation/company?
  • What exactly  does  the  company produces, sells  or   what kind  of  service does it have?
  • What size does  the company have (big or small) or  how  many  employees does it  have?
  • Who  are  the main  clients or  who  are  the  competitors  of  that company?
  • Which is  the goal  and the mission of  the company/organisation?
  • What position  does it  have  in  market?
  • What kind  of  success did the company  have in  the past?
  • Have   there  been any  ups  and  downs  lately?

To  many  of  these  questions  you  can  find  searching in  the  internet or  just  visiting  the page  of  the   company/organization.

The  colleagues of  the HR  Agency “ACCEPT” advice not to forget that  during  the interview you   can  and  should  also ask questions to  the  employer. With this  method you can  show awareness in  the  history  and  the affairs,  which  will  certainly impress   the  interview  taker/employer. Tell them  an important fact  about the  organization or  the  company then  ask  a  question. Of course  it will  be  better  to prepare those questions  beforehand.
