Go to work early
Go to work at least 30 minutes early. It will give you a chance to meet your colleagues and speak to your superior. Plan everything in advance. Lay out your clothes the night before, go to bed early and make a cup of coffee for you in the morning.
First impression
Firm and confident handshaking makes friendly atmosphere. Be friendly and don’t wait till the others come up to you and introduce themselves. Of course you mustn’t be too insistent and don’t distract them from their job. Choose the appropriate time, get acquainted and make enquires about the job.
Build bridges
