1.You can always find a job

Before going to an interview soberly evaluate your value in labor market. You can do it with just analyzing your experience, the tasks which you have solved and the quality of your work. The important thing is to try not to lie to yourselves. Remember not only about your achievements, but failures either. After doing this, find out how much are such kind of specialist like you paid. Compare one to another and you can realize how much you worth. In this way it’ll be easier to make arrangements on the salary.
7.Don’t be afraid of difficult tasks
While choosing a new job it’s better to take into consideration those jobs where you will have to take much more responsibility than earlier. It doesn’t worth to change your currant job to another like yours. You should better look for further career opportunity. The company and the vacancy where everything is calm and routine work, will not fasten your career increase, but vice verse; it will lower your value in labor market and will complicate your future job search.

A new project is a risk, but also a perspective. Being hired in a new developing company you can easily make a good career. But don’t make a wrong choice. Before accepting the offer, find out how much serious is the working team and what kind of goals it has.
9.Work, where it is comfortable for you
If you went to your first interview and didn’t like the attitude of the authority and inner rules of the company, don’t make you to change your mind. You will be able to reconstruct yourselves for a short term, after what slump and apathy will start, and you again will start looking for a new job.
10.Know your weak sides
Know how to explain your career failures. But do not blame others for it. Understand what you have left unfinished, untold which brought to a mistake and failure. Find out what has prevented you to reach a success. You can share with your conclusions during the interview, when you are asked. Such kind of employees are always valued.
11.Never talk bad about your former colleagues
When you are asked about your ex job, don’t start vilifying your colleagues and authority, even if they really treated you bad. Your new boss will not like it and possibly will not hire you.
12.Talking about your successes, bring examples
Even if you have thousands of achievements, tell only about those, which you can prove. In this way you’ll show that you aren’t a tub-thumper. Don’t hurry to boast. Talk about your achievements to the place: when you are asked or when you tell about your job specifications.
13.Prove your experience on examples
When during the interview you are asked about your work characteristics, tell them about it on concrete examples. Remember how you acted in this or that work situations, what you did, what you spoke and to what it led. But don’t go into details, it’ll confuse your interlocutor.
14.Don’t be too shy
Interview is not a torture or an examination. It is an equal dialogue between two arranging parts. That is why you don’t need to feel bounded, blushed and stammering. Show confidence in you, because you can be appreciated only when you know your price.
15.Don’t lie during the interview
Be ready for uncomfortable questions. For example, why you have been fired from your last work. But don’t lie. The lie will be revealed and it’ll overpower your CV. Employers will know, that it’s better not to deal with you. Answer the questions honestly, even when it’s unpleasant for you. It’ll prove your strength and confidence.

Even if you think that the circle of your acquaintances is limited and useless for job search, it doesn’t meter. Tell maximal too many people about the fact that you are looking for a job. Word of mouth may work in a most unpredictable way and help you at the moment when you have been waiting for it the least.
17.Look appropriately for the interview
Despite your sharp mind and perfect skills, the first thing that the employer sees in you is your appearance. It has to match to the culture and image of the company, so as to the vacancy you apply. Where a suit is required, a creative look will not be to the place.
18.Be initiative
After sending your CV for the vacancy that you are interested in, don’t wait. Phone the HR department and find out whether your CV has reached to them or not. Reminding about you for an extra time, will maximize your chance to stand out from the crowd. Also after the interview don’t be afraid to phone the first and learn about the results.
19.Start to fill gaps in knowledge
Temporary lull may be and mast be used for self education. If you know your weaknesses, in this case job search is the process of working on them: read literature, dig the internet. As result for the new vacancy you will be more informed and prepared.
20.Never be afraid afraid of closed doors
Even when sometimes you think that nothing will work, don’t despair. If you really want to work in a company of your dreams, you can reach it. And when the door is really closed, use the window leaf.
